The latest firmware and instructions for installing it for your VoIP device are available from the NetComm website. Please go to http://www.netcomm.com.au/support and then select your unit from the list of VoIP capable models.
You should then be able to select the "Firmware" link from the product support page.
Please save both the firmware and instruction file to your PC and then follow the instructions to perform the update.
Once complete, please perform a factory reset on your device and manually reconfigure it with your VoIP details and try to connect again.
