Power Surge

If your phone is not working on both VoIP and PSTN calls after a power outage or electrical storm, try connecting your phone directly to the PSTN (normal house telephone line) cable.

(If your VoIP device supports it, you can also try the phone 2 port on the rear of your device.)

If your phone does not work, please try a different telephone handset.

If your phone does work, your VoIP device may need to be repaired or replaced.

Power surges, electrical strikes and other natural disasters are not covered under warranty, however, we can offer you a trade-in on your current unit for a reduction in the RRP of a new unit.
