Networking - Obtaining an IP Address Automatically
By default, your computer is set to obtain an IP Address automatically from your router when it is connected to it. However, sometime the computer is configured to use a set IP Address manually, instead of getting one automatically. This can sometimes cause problems when the IP Address that is set manually is not in the same range as your router. The following steps will change your settings to obtain an IP Address automatically.
