Do you still have the same connection issue while performing an isolation test?
An isolation test involves removing all telephones and other devices (answering machine, fax machine, alarm system, etc) from your telephone wall sockets and then connecting the router directly to a wall socket.
If this solves your connection issue, one of your line filters or devices connected to your phone line is causing interference. You can find which device is causing this interference by plugging everything in one at a time until you are disconnected. You will need to leave this faulty device unplugged to use your ADSL or Broadband service.
