If you would like to block your VoIP Caller ID, but the "Do not send my phone number" tickbox does not work when ticked, please contact your VoIP Provider in order to block your Caller ID.

The RTA1046VW enabled Anonymous Caller Id when this box is ticked, however, some VoIP Service Providers do not support this feature, and you will have to call them to block your Caller ID.
