What is included in the scope of Free Life-time technical support:-
  • Supported Platforms: Windows 98 (where stipulated on marketing material), Windows XP / Vista and Mac OSx.
  • Basic installation / setup *not* covered by the user guide. (configuration is limited to one computer connected (wired) to the device only)
  • Access to our online support documents and software.
  • Email based technical support.
  • Chargeable technical support (** - Please see the chargeable support section below)

What is excluded from the scope of Free Life-time technical support:-
  • Platforms other than those listed above.
  • Customers who do not have the original CD for their operating system.
  • Setting up another manufacturers device with Dynalink/NetComm router.
  • Computer based hardware or software issues.
  • Advanced support. (firewall / security settings, port forwarding, remote access configuration, etc)
  • Anything not expressly listed above.

Chargeable Technical Support:-

Chargeable technical support is available for all of our units. The following items will incur a charge for support queries:

  • Standard support for customers who do not wish to use the supplied user guide.
  • Wireless setup for up to 2 computers. (including wireless security)
  • Onsite technical support. (provided by 3rd party technicians at prices determined by them)
  • Anything not expressly listed in the Free Life-time technical support section above.

Wireless Support Scope:-

Wireless support is limited to ensuring internet connectivity via your wireless connection. The following items are not included in this support:

  • Internal network setup. (file and printer sharing, host to host communications, etc)
  • Linux wireless support.
  • Other manufacturers wireless utilities.
  • Wireless MAC addresses filtering.
  • Installation or re-installation of 3rd party drivers or service pack updates.
